We are pleased to announce that ICRMS will be run in conjunction with a high-level HK Tech Forum on Reliability and Safety of Intelligent Systems with Turing Award recipients and Academicians invited. The forum will form the keynote presentations for ICRMS and parallel sessions will be arranged after that. All ICRMS participants will be invited to join the forum. Both the forum and ICRMS conference will be held in a hybrid format.

For full paper submission, the deadline is now 01 May, and if you will only submit an abstract for presentation, you can do it by 01 Jun. Only full papers will be reviewed for technical merit and presentation. Accepted and presented full papers will be submitted for IEEExplore inclusion and further indexing from there as was done in the past.
